Mary Beth provides leadership and direction for the use of educational technology and teaching innovation to improve, extend or enhance educational goals. She also assists the Vice President for Information Technology in division-wide budget preparation, analysis and reporting.

Amy's primary responsibility is to oversee the development and delivery of programs and services to faculty, staff, and students in support of teaching and learning. Amy, along with her team of instructional technology professionals, work with the faculty, staff, and departments to determine technology needs related to teaching and learning and coordinate the necessary resources to build and support appropriate solutions.

Jaci works with faculty and staff on the production and distribution of video-based courses and related classroom resources delivered to remote participants via distance learning technologies. Additionally, she assists with the conversion of educational material to digital media formats and the creation of video-based material in support of educational content.

Kate also develops a number of instructional technology resources for faculty and assists with the development and delivery of workshops on instructional technology projects.

Jim works with faculty and student equipment requests for presentations and course projects. Jim also handles media duplication and conversions to different formats.

Deb trains staff, faculty, and students on how to use WPI's common applications, including Windows operating systems and the Microsoft Office suite, design and media software, the content management system, and myWPI. She coordinates specialized department software training needs with other training providers.

Bruce works closely with the Manager of A/V Systems and the A/V Systems Engineer on the design, installation and support of WPI's video and audio visual infrastructure. He is also the main contact for support of videoconferencing technologies on campus.

Jim is responsible for the creative design, production, presentation and distribution of a wide variety of multimedia content and provides assistance in the use of multimedia technology. He also coordinates all requests for production and editing of video-based content and assists with the production of distance learning courses.

Dave manages service and support for the university's campus-wide A/V infrastructure, end-user A/V systems and other related technology applications in support of classroom activities and campus events. He also works closely with faculty and other appropriate IT staff to provide the best solutions for the daily services that the ATC delivers.
