	Mary Beth Harrity Director, Academic Technology Center mharrity@wpi.edu Fuller Laboratories, Room 112 508-831-5810 (work) 508-320-1921 (cell) Mary Beth provides leadership and direction for the use of educational technology and teaching innovation to improve, extend or enhance educational goals. She also assists the Vice President for Information Technology in division-wide budget preparation, analysis and reporting.
	Jacleen Becker Video Technician jaci@wpi.edu Fuller Laboratories, Room B24 508-831-5043 Jaci works with faculty and staff on the production and distribution of video-based courses and related classroom resources delivered to remote participants via distance learning technologies. Additionally, she assists with the conversion of educational material to digital media formats and the creation of video-based material in support of educational content.
	Kate Beverage Manager, Technology for Teaching & Learning Support Services kwrigley@wpi.edu Fuller Laboratories, Room 117 508-831-6012 Kate's primary responsibility is to lead the ATC’s outreach efforts to the WPI community with regards to the use of instructional technologies in teaching and learning. Kate also develops written and web-based resources for faculty and students to use in learning about the appropriate application and use of instructional technologies.
	David Botelho Campus Media Coordinator dabotelho@wpi.edu Fuller Laboratories, Room 117 508-831-6771 David works with the Manager of Campus Media Services on events and equipment requests. He provides support to students, faculty and staff on supported AV systems and equipment.
	Sophia Burke Media Production Coordinator sburke@wpi.edu Fuller Laboratories, Room B30 508-831-6149 Sophie is the contact person for academic video production requests. She works with faculty and staff to determine the scope of their projects and ensure timely delivery.
	Jessica Caron Instructional Technology Specialist jes@wpi.edu Fuller Laboratories, Room 223 508-831-6422 Jes supports faculty members in the design, development, and delivery of technology-based solutions to address teaching challenges. Jes also develops a number of instructional technology resources for faculty and assists with the development and delivery of workshops on instructional technology projects.
	Erin DeSilva Instructional Technology Specialist edesilva@wpi.edu Fuller Laboratories, Room 223 508-831-6723 Erin provides outreach to faculty and students to familiarize them with academic and instructional technologies and services. Erin spends a significant amount of time supporting technology for teaching and learning in the library.
	Debra Dexter Software Solutions Specialist debra@wpi.edu Fuller Laboratories, Room 223 508-831-5197 Deb trains staff, faculty, and students on how to use WPI's common applications, including Windows operating systems and the Microsoft Office suite, design and media software, the content management system, and myWPI. She coordinates specialized department software training needs with other training providers.
	Bruce Fiene Video Systems Specialist fiene@wpi.edu Fuller Laboratories, Room 120 508-831-5205 Bruce works closely with the Manager of A/V Systems and the A/V Systems Engineer on the design, installation and support of WPI's video and audio visual infrastructure. He is also the main contact for support of videoconferencing technologies on campus.
	Stephen Hemming Manager, Campus Media Services shemming@wpi.edu Fuller Laboratories, Room 111 508-831-6772 (work) 508-889-7468 (cell) Steve is responsible for the day-to-day operation and coordination of ATC's audio/visual equipment and services. He is also the ATC liaison for all campus events.
	Joseph Kondrchek A/V Systems Engineer jkon@wpi.edu Fuller Laboratories, Room 119 508-831-6698 (work) 508-889-1814 (cell) Joe is responsible for the repair, maintenance and operation of ATC and ATC-supported technologies. He is also is also the primary contact person for all of ATC's equipment vendors.
	Ellen Lincourt Administrative Assistant eml@wpi.edu Fuller Laboratories, Room 117 508-831-5220 Ellen provides a wide range of administrative and clerical support to both the Academic Technology Center and the Advanced Distance Learning Network.
	Jim Monaco Instructional Media Specialist jmonaco@wpi.edu Fuller Laboratories, Room B24 508-831-6152 Jim supports faculty, staff, and students on the use of instructional technologies including visual presentations, graphics, multimedia content, online course materials, and animations. He also works with faculty to identify appropriate hardware and software to meet their needs.
	Dave Taranto Manager, A/V Systems and Services dtaranto@wpi.edu Fuller Laboratories, Room 110 508-831-6148 (work) 508-889-0965 (cell) Dave manages service and support for the university's campus-wide A/V infrastructure, end-user A/V systems and other related technology applications in support of classroom activities and campus events. He also works closely with faculty and other appropriate IT staff to provide the best solutions for the daily services that the ATC delivers.
