	Mary Beth Harrity Director, Academic Technology Center mharrity@wpi.edu Fuller Laboratories, Room 112 508-831-5810 (work) Mary Beth provides leadership and direction for the use of educational technology and teaching innovation to improve, extend or enhance educational goals. She also assists the Information Technology CIO with budget preparation, analysis and reporting.
	Jacleen Becker Multimedia Production Specialist jaci@wpi.edu Fuller Laboratories, Room B30 508-831-5043 Jaci is involved with all aspects of production for multimedia educational content including video production and editing, poster printing, the television studio and digital imaging. She also collaborates with other ATC staff members on graphic design for instructional publications and creating educational video content.
	Kate Beverage Assistant Director kwrigley@wpi.edu Fuller Laboratories, Room 117 508-831-6012 Kate's primary responsibility is to lead the ATC’s outreach efforts to the WPI community with regards to the use of instructional technologies in teaching and learning. Kate also collaborates with academic departments concerning the policies, planning, and management of e-learning and blended initiatives on campus.
	David Botelho Campus Media Coordinator dabotelho@wpi.edu Fuller Laboratories, Room 117 508-831-6771 David works with the Manager of Campus Media Services on events and equipment requests. He provides support to students, faculty and staff on supported AV systems and equipment.
	Sophia Burke Media Production Coordinator sburke@wpi.edu Fuller Laboratories, Room B30 508-831-6149 Sophie handles video production and editing requests for the campus community. In addition to managing academic video projects, she also performs custom transcoding of video files and works with the Manager, A/V Systems and Services, to ensure viewability of videos on Blackboard and Echo360.
	Jessica Caron Senior Instructional Technology Specialist jes@wpi.edu Gordon Library, Room 225 508-831-6422 Jes leads the ATC outreach and support efforts for myWPI, WPI's Learning Management System. Additionally, she works with faculty and students in their use of technology to address teaching and learning challenges. Jes also develops a number of instructional technology resources for faculty and assists with the development and delivery of workshops on instructional technology projects.
	Joseph Cotnoir Instructional Technology Support Specialist jcotnoir@wpi.edu Gordon Library, Room 225 508-831-5407 Evenings and Saturdays during the regular academic year Joe contributes to the Technology for Teaching & Learning team's collaborative efforts to support faculty, staff, and students on the application of technology to teaching and learning activities.
	Erin DeSilva Instructional Technology Specialist edesilva@wpi.edu Gordon Library, Room 225 508-831-6723 Erin works with faculty and students in their use of technology to address teaching and learning challenges. She offers professional development for faculty and students in the use of lecture annotation tools, audience response/peer instruction, technologies for project work, surveys and supports the use of the campus’ learning management system.
	Bruce Fiene Video Systems Specialist fiene@wpi.edu Fuller Laboratories, Room 120 508-831-5205 Bruce works closely with the Manager of A/V Systems and the A/V Systems Engineer on the design, installation and support of WPI's video and audio visual infrastructure. He is also the main contact for support of videoconferencing technologies on campus.
	Stephen Hemming Manager, Campus Media Services shemming@wpi.edu Fuller Laboratories, Room 111 508-831-6772 (work) Steve is responsible for the day-to-day operation and coordination of ATC's audio/visual equipment and services. He is also the ATC liaison for all campus events.
	Joseph Kondrchek A/V Systems Engineer jkon@wpi.edu Fuller Laboratories, Room 119 508-831-6698 (work) Joe is responsible for the repair, maintenance and operation of ATC and ATC-supported technologies. He is also is also the primary contact person for all of ATC's equipment vendors.
	Ellen Lincourt AV Support Specialist eml@wpi.edu Fuller Laboratories, Room 117 508-831-6584 Ellen supplies front line support for the ATC inventory, production requests and other ATC services.
	Jim Monaco Instructional Media Specialist jmonaco@wpi.edu Gordon Library, Room 225 508-831-6152 Jim supports faculty, staff, and students on the use of instructional technologies including visual presentations, graphics, multimedia content, online course materials, and animations. He also works with faculty to identify appropriate hardware and software to meet their needs.
	Dave Taranto Manager, A/V Systems and Services dtaranto@wpi.edu Fuller Laboratories, Room 110 508-831-6148 (work) Dave manages service and support for the university's campus-wide A/V infrastructure, end-user A/V systems and other related technology applications in support of classroom activities and campus events. He also works closely with faculty and other appropriate IT staff to provide the best solutions for the daily services that the ATC delivers.
