Making the Most of Online Syllabi

In a 2002 study that appeared in The Internet and Higher Education, Cummings, Bonk, and Jacobs examined the extent to which faculty members were using the dynamic, interactive features of the Web with their syllabi. They discuss a variety of means by which to make an online syllabus more than just a digital photocopy of a syllabus one might normally handout in class.
