WPI's Terminal Services for Remote Access to WPI Software

Do you or your students have a need to use software available on PCs at WPI while you are off campus? If so, the Terminal Services available to WPI faculty, staff and students may be an answer. Terminal Services allows you to access applications or data from off campus as if you are logged into a PC on campus. This is a way for you to use software packages with limited licenses or that are only available in labs on campus while you are off campus. The ATC recently added SnagIt and Camtasia to the Terminal Services, both of which are useful software packages for preparing course materials that include computer screen captures.
