Responsibilities
- Administer all CCC managed public computer labs.
- Develop, build and maintain operating systems deployment strategies and technologies.
- Administer and create images for special purpose CCC-managed computing areas such as the Library PAC systems, Campus Center kiosks, print kiosks, E-Classroom computers and ATC loaner laptops
- Provide support for academic software for the WPI community
- Provide technical support to lab managers and the CCC Computer Shop and Helpdesk as needed
- Provide technical assistance for Macintosh OS X and supported applications
