Security Question

A Security Question allows you to reset your WPI PIN. The PIN can be used to login to Bannerweb.wpi.edu, and also enables you to reset your WPI password. Without a Security Question, you cannot reset your own PIN. You can set a Security Question as follows:

  1. Login to the WPI Web Information System (https://bannerweb.wpi.edu) using your WPI username and password, or your WPI ID number and PIN.
  2. Click on the Personal Information Menu.

  3. Exit WPI Web Information System.

If you are unable to successfully set a Security Question or use your PIN, please contact the WPI Helpdesk by calling 508-831-5888 (x5888 on-campus) or email the Helpdesk .
