Porting a Mobile Number

You will need to contact your current provider to authorize WPI to take financial responsibility for the service. If you are the primary on a family plan, then you should make arrangements to make someone else the primary for that plan.

If you are porting a mobile number from Verizon Wireless, please contact Heidi Startz (heidi@wpi.edu) to fill out the required paperwork.

If you are porting a mobile number from a Non-VZW Provider, please forward the following information in an email to ITS

If you are leaving WPI and want to port your mobile number out to a personal account, please contact ITS to fill out the required paperwork.
