Accounts & E-mail

Official email sent to you, as either student, faculty, or staff of WPI, will be sent to your login-name@WPI.EDU address. You should check this mail for notices about employment, classes, etc.

If you don't forward your mail, you can check it at webmail.wpi.edu by choosing UNIX Webmail.

Also, you can access the mail from an email client which uses pop3 to reference pop.wpi.edu, or imap to reference imap.wpi.edu.

You can use the forward page to change forwarding to an ISP off campus.

If you want to change your forwarding to Exchange, please contact Helpdesk instead, since manual work needs to be done in Exchange to accept that mail. Helpdesk is at helpdesk@wpi.edu or phone extension 5888.

If you currently get your mail on Exchange, please use the Exchange method of setting up email forwarding to an off-campus location.
