Calls within the continental U.S. & Canada Dial 9 + 1 + area code + 7-digit number
Calls to the Caribbean Dial 9 + 1 + 809 + 7-digit number
Overseas calls Dial 9 + 011 + country code + city code (if applicable) + local number + # button
(Pushing the # button is not required, but it speeds the call.)

Miscellaneous Tones

Dial tone: a continuous steady tone (You may dial at this point)

Special dial tone: Three short tones followed by dial tone (Heard in conference calls or when transferring calls)

Slow busy tone: Line is busy

Fast busy tone: Incorrect dialing, or feature denied

Three short beeps: requires input of PSC

For help with any type of call, dial 0 for campus operator.
