The WPI CCC Helpdesk provides the WPI community with exceptional, customer-focused troubleshooting and computing assistance for supported hardware and software applications. Solutions for technology issues are delivered to the WPI community through the collaborative efforts of the Information Desk, the main Helpdesk, and the Computer Shop. For answers to common questions or help with a specific computing issue, visit the Helpdesk Web site.
The IT Division offers software applications instruction to all members of the WPI community. The classes vary in length and are repeated throughout the year. The schedule is normally posted each month. There is no fee to attend and an attendee may repeat classes.
