Summer Research Experience for Undergraduates

Welcome to the Summer Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) Program in Environmental Engineering and Transportation Engineering at WPI. The REU Program is sponsored by the National Science Foundation for a three year period. We will be accepting applications from undergraduate students for the summers of 2005, 2006 and 2007.

Do you have an interest in Environmental or Transportation Engineering? Do you want to immerse yourself in an innovative research project? Do you want to apply your classroom knowledge to solving today’s engineering challenges? If you answered yes to these questions, our program is right for you! Please take some time to review our program philosophy and research opportunities, and see the benefits you can gain from participating in our REU program. We strongly encourage women and minority students to apply.
