Research & Teaching Interests

In this research group, we utilize multidisciplinary knowledge to synthesize high quality nanomaterials for various applications. Some of the major efforts are: nanocrystal growth mechanism; size controllable nanocrystals synthesis; nanomaterials surface chemistry; nanocatalysis; high resolution, full color, flexible displays; solar energy conversion; early cancer detection and treatment; environmental remediation.
