Fire Science Laboratory
The WPI Fire Science Laboratory offers students and faculty access to state-of-the-art fire research and testing capabilities. This 2,000 sq. ft. facility is also available to industries having common interests with the Center for Firesafety Studies, its faculty and its students. Experimental capabilities are available in flammability and explosibility, combustion phenomena, detection, and fire and explosion suppression.
