Interactive Qualifying Projects

All of the following projects were directed and advised by Prof. Fabio Carrera of the Interdisciplinary and Global Studies Division in collaboration with colleagues from many other departments on campus. All projects were for the benefit of the city and the citizens of Venice, Italy.

All projects can be classified (more or less) in three major categories:

HISTORIC PRESERVATION

ENVIRONMENTAL CONSERVATION

URBAN MAINTENANCE and MANAGEMENT

Projects can be also organized chronologically, according to the year of completion, starting in 1988, when the Venice Project Center was founded.
