Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) - About

The 2008 REU in Industrial Mathematics and Statistics Program will be held Wednesday, May 28th - Friday, July 25th, 2008

The students are expected to arrive at WPI on Tuesday, May 27th and leave on Saturday, July 26th.

The application deadline is Friday, February 29th, 2008.

To apply to the program students need to:

Fill out the on-line application form,
E-mail to lmb@wpi.edu a one-page essay describing your interest in participating in the WPI Program,
Arrange to have two or three faculty complete the recommendation form

Applicants must be undergraduates (usually students about to enter their senior or junior year) who will not graduate before December 2008. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents. Exceptional applicants who do not satisfy these requirements will also be considered, provided the availability of additional funding from our industrial partners.
