Financial Mathematics

The Professional Master of Science in Financial Mathematics Program offers an efficient, practice-oriented track to prepare students for quantitative careers in the financial industry including banks, insurance companies, investment and securities firms.

The program gives students a solid mathematics and statistics background complemented by studies in financial management, information technology and/or computer science and a project on a real-world problem directly originating from the financial industry.

Graduates of the program are expected to start or advance their professional careers involving financial product development and pricing, risk management, investment decision support or portfolio management.
