Travel Dates for Academic Year 2007-2008

You should plan to arrive and depart on the dates below. You are guaranteed housing within those dates - if you arrive earlier or plan to stay longer, you will need to find your own accommodations.

2007-2008

• Arrive: Saturday, October 20, 2007 after 3pm and before 6pm on Sunday October 21, 2007: Your advisors will schedule a required meeting with the entire group sometime Sunday evening. You will be required to be at your agency at the start of business on Monday, October 22.

 

• Your advisors have decided that you may take Monday and Tuesday, November 19 & 20 as part of your Thanksgiving break (two days before the WPI break). Therefore, if you are going to travel during that break, the earliest you can leave DC is after 5 pm on Friday, Nov. 16. You may stay at the hotel for the entire Thanksgiving Break if you wish for no additional charge.

 

•  Depart: Friday, December 14, 2007: You must check out of the Residence on Friday morning, 12/14 by the hotel’s stated check out time.  You may not leave early as there are many things that will need attending to that final morning.
