Students wanting support on resolving issues of team dynamics should consult with their advisor, or with the Student Development and Counseling Center on West Street.IF NOTHING WORKS: Most faculty prefer giving a grade for the whole team, not to individuals. But WPI faculty policy also requires an "authorship page" in which all students agree upon a listing of who did what in the final report. This authorship page can indicate equal or unequal contributions of project members, and can be grounds for assigning different grades to the team members.
