ADMIN Library Administrative Area. Ask at the Reference Desk on the 2nd Floor.
AT BINDERY Items that have been sent out for repair or journal issues being bound into one volume. It usually takes up to four weeks for items to return to the library. Check with the Periodicals or Reference Department for more information.
AUDIOBOOK Books on audiocassettes or compact disc. Located adjacent to the BEST SELLERS. 2nd Floor.
BEST SELLERS Recent bestselling fiction and nonfiction titles. Located on main entrance level near Tech Suites 3 & 4. 2nd Floor.
CIRCULATION DESK Items that must be requested at the Circulation Desk. 2nd Floor.

HIGGINS ARMORY MUSEUM Materials located in the library at the Higgins Armory Museum in Worcester. Contact 508-853-6015 x23 to gain access (items can be used only on site). Alternately, search WorldCat to find out if items can be borrowed from other libraries via Interlibrary Loan.

POP VIDEO Popular films and other videos. Located next to the BEST SELLERS, near Tech Suites 3 & 4. 2nd Floor.
POPULAR PERIODICALS Magazines such as Newsweek and Time.
PROJECT REPORTS IQP and MQP reports submitted in paper copy or on CD-ROM. See the request instructions in the library catalog. Pick up at the Circulation Desk when notified.
REFERENCE BOOK Books located in the Reference Collection, in front of the Reference Desk. 2nd Floor.
REFERENCE DATABASE An electronic resource for which the library pays a subscription or licensing fee. Follow the "Web Link" in the library catalog to access.
REFERENCE DESK Materials kept behind the Reference Desk. 2nd Floor.
REFERENCE ELECTRONIC BOOK Reference books such as handbooks and manuals in electronic form. Follow the "Web Link" in the library catalog to access.
REFERENCE WEBSITE Usually free resources from governmental and not-for-profit groups. Follow the "Web Link" in the library catalog to access.
RESERVE Materials places by faculty on 2-hour reserve for specific courses. Request at the Circulation Desk for in-library use only. 2nd Floor.
