- Proxy Server
- All WPI faculty, staff, and students must use the WPI proxy server to access library databases, electronic journals, and electronic books when connecting from home or from other off campus locations. This is different from the VPN.
- Troubleshooting Tips
- Are you using a current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader?
- Have you tried turning off:
- your personal firewall?
- non-WPI VPN software?
- your pop-up blocker?
- When Won't the Proxy Server work?
- For problems with proxy set up: contact CCC Helpdesk
- For issues with journals or databases: Ask the Library
- Library Information via myWPI
- Students and faculty using myWPI can access library information.
- Distance Learning Services
- In addition to accessing electronic resources and getting help, students enrolled in the ADLN (Advanced Distance Learning Network) program, as well as students taking WPI courses in other locations, can register for a library account and request books and articles remotely.
- Other Off Campus Users
- Current WPI faculty and students at project centers, internships, and the like, may request help with accessing library materials.
