What Circulates (What you can borrow)

• Materials that Circulate
  • All items located in the open stacks on the first and third floors of the library.
  • All hard copies of technical reports located on the ground floor.
  • Second copies of WPI theses located on the ground floor.
  • Compact Discs and Audiobooks
  • eAudio, laptops (to the WPI Community only).
  • Videos in DVD and VHS format (some exceptions apply to non-WPI patrons)

• Materials that do not Circulate (in library use only)
  • All materials in the Reference Collection (Reference Collection)
  • All materials housed in the Archives and Special Collection (Spec Coll)
  • All Journals, bound or unbound.
  • All microfilm and microfiche.
  • First copies of WPI Theses.(WTM)
  • WPI Doctoral Dissertations.(WTD)
  • All IQP and MQP reports

Payment Options for Fines, Damaged or Lost Items

If you owe $15 or more your account is blocked. Payments options are:

• Cash
• Check made out to "Gordon Library"
• Credit Card, payable at Accounting Office in Boynton Hall, please bring along the Library Payment Form so that it can be stamped by them upon payment.

If you have an urgent need for an item which does not normally circulate, please contact Deborah Bockus, 508-831-5230, or any Reference Librarian. We will be happy to discuss your request and try to reach an agreeable solution.
