Where Do I Find It?
Click the FullTextFinder link within the database, which will lead you to our link resolver, which helps you to connect to full text, if we subscribe, or other access options.
You can also try to search for journals by title using our Library Journal Search.
Some article databases include the full text. Others offer links to the library catalog, or connect to the full text of an article within another database. Below are some possible ways to investigate to acquire a copy of the item:
- Journals, Magazines, Newspaper Search:
- Use to determine whether we own or provide electronic access to the item you need. Remember to search by the publication's title rather that by the article title.
- Library Catalog:
- Use to find out what print journals, books and conference proceedings we have access to. Journals may be in variety of formats, including electronic (use above mentioned Journal search) as well as print or on microfiche or film. Current journals are located on the Third Floor; Older journals on the Ground Floor. For a book or conference proceeding, choose the "Title" search.
- WorldCat:
- Use to find out what Worcester area libraries (or beyond) have the journal (or book) you require.
- Interlibrary Loan:
- Use to acquire a copy of the article from another library. Copies usually do not cost anything but give them lead time - it may take up to two weeks for the item to arrive.
