Logan Airport in Boston, served by all major airlines, is a one-hour drive from WPI. Bradley International Airport in Hartford, Connecticut, is 90 minutes away; T.F. Green Airport in Providence, Rhode Island, is 50 minutes away.

Accommodations

On-campus housing is located in a modern dormitory-type building with shared bathrooms. All rooms are furnished with a bed, desk, desk chair, wardrobe and dresser per resident. Room phones, televisions and air conditioning are not included in the rooms. There are no cooking facilities available. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks are provided during seminar hours. All residence halls have fire sprinkler systems and Network/ Internet access; all are handicap- accessible. On-campus housing and seminar meals are included in the tuition fees.

For those who wish to make other housing arrangements (at the participants' own expense), hotel rooms are available at Marriott's Courtyard Worcester, 800-321-2211. Reference "Metals Institute" or "MCSI" to receive the special discount room rate.
