Registration

Dates

Registration is open from March 11 through May 30. After May 21, payment is due with registration. 

Graduate Management Students - Registration closes May 16 and payment is due with registration after May 6. 

Online Registration

Current WPI students can register online via the WPI Web Information System.

Paper Registration 

New students and students from outside WPI must use the Summer Registration Form. 

The registration can be mailed, faxed or sent by pdf to the Registrar's Office.

The Registrar's Office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and closes at 4 p.m. after Memorial Day. The office is located on the first floor of Daniels Hall. Free visitor parking is available in the marked spaces. Directions to WPI's Worcester campus are available here.

Course Change

Course changes can be made online until 4:00 pm on the second day of classes. WPI Web Information System.

Add/Drop Date and Fee - Undergraduate

• No fees for days 1-4 of Summer Session (not including weekends).
• $100.00 Late Fee per class for days 5-10 of Summer Session (not including weekends).
• No add/drop beyond day 10 of the start of Summer Session (not including weekends).
• Project/Independent study registration is accepted up to the 15th day of the term (not including weekends) without penalty.  $100 late fee after the 15th day.

Add/Drop/Withdrawal Policy - Graduate

• No fees for course change (add/drop) prior to the third meeting of the course. 
• $100.00 fee per course for course changes made after the 3rd course meeting and before the 4th. 
• Course changes after the 4th course meeting result in grade of W (withdrawal).  No tuition or fees will be refunded during the withdrawal period.
