Pay Online
You may pay online using an electronic check (no additional fees) or by credit card (a convenience fee of 2.75% applies), using the WPI Web Information System. A student ID is required. Students who pay using a credit card by April 15, 2009 may be refunded the convenience fee. Please contact the Summer Office for details. To receive a refund of the convenience fee, please mail a copy of your registration with amount of convenience fee paid to the Summer Office. Refunds will be made by check. Pay online now...
Pay By Mail
To pay by mail, send a check with the registration form to the Office of the Registrar, WPI, 100 Institute Road, Worcester, MA 01609-2280 or fax to 508-831-5931. Please make checks payable to "Worcester Polytechnic Institute".
Pay In Person
You may pay in person with a check at the Office of the Registrar, 100 Institute Road, Worcester, MA, located at Daniels Hall 1st floor, and is open from 8am-4pm Mon. – Fri. Campus map, Visitor parking is available as well as street parking.
Financial Aid
Loans are the only form of financial aid available for summer courses. It is important that students apply for loans prior to the summer session. If WPI's Financial Aid Office does not receive official notice of loan approval prior to the course Add/Drop deadline, students will be dropped from their courses. For additional information

Financial assistance for Summer Terms is different than A-D terms. Most Summer financial aid is in the form of private auxiliary loans (see Borrowing for College for more information on private loans).
For Summer 2009, WPI has expanded our arrangement with Tuition Management Systems (TMS) and will be offering payment plans for E-term classes. Students may choose to pay their bill over a four-month period, running from April-July. To set up a monthly payment plan, enroll onine at Tuition Management Systems (TMS) or call 1-888-216-4258 for someone to assist you. There is a $55 enrollment fee. Project Centers are exempted from the TMS plan and must be paid in full prior to departure for any project center.
