- Kenny Volock accepted position with Woodard & Curran, Bangor, Maine, in April 1999. Received MS in Civil/Environmental Engineering from University of Maine, May 1999. Transferred to Portland, Maine, office of Woodard & Curran in October 2002. Bought a house in Portland in April of 2004. Passed PE Exam in October 2005.
- Cindy Mitchell has moved to Spring Lake, Michigan. She's currently telecommuting to her job at Pratt and Whitney in East Hartford, CT. (10/2004)
- Dianna Carlson has gone back to school. She's enrolled at MIT in Real Estate Development and Urban Planning. (10/2004)

- Donna Emma Savelli will be running the Nike 26.2 marathon in San Francisco this October to benefit the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. For more information, visit the Team in Training and search for her name. (9/2004)
- Joe Schaffer recently earned his registration as a professional engineer (civil - water resources) in New Jersey and is a Project Engineer with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. in their Edison, New Jersey office. (7/2004)
- Ryan P. Daly was awarded his doctor of medicine from Boston University School of Medicine. He matched at Boston Medical Center where he will be completing a residency in Internal Medicine. He plans to persue a fellowship in Cardiology. (6/2002)
- Krysten Laine has accepted a job promotion to a GIS Analyst with a company called Space Imaging, Inc. in Sacramento, CA. She will be working with the USDA Forestry Services to determine land management needs for the Northern California forests. (6/2002)
- Jesse Parent changed jobs this year and took a position at Sorenson Media in Salt Lake City, UT as Principal Engineer. In addition, Jesse recently returned from Chicago where he performed with a Salt Lake City improv comedy group called Knock Your Socks Off (or KYSOff) at the fifth annual Chicago Improv Festival. - Congratulations are in order for Sarah (McIlhenny) White on her recent promotion into management at Los Alamos National Laboratory. She is now the Team Leader for Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Team. In 1998, she earned her master's in nuclear engineering from the University of Florida, and she worked on the technical staff for the NDT for 2½ years. (05/2001)
- Congratulations to Katie Daly! In September, she received the Volunteer Excellence Award, a new award given by the Alumni Association at what will hopefully be an annual Alumni Leadership Conference. (11/2000)
- Recently sighted as being back in the Worcester area: Tim Tully, Dr. Heidi White, VMD, and Justin Cutroni, who has returned from a 2100-mile, 3 month hike along the Appalachian Trail. (11/2000)
- Amy L. (Plack) Marr earned an M.S. degree in
marketing and technological innovation from WPI in May 2000.
Amy is currently employed as WPI's Manager of Web Development. She and
husband Greg (currently an M.S. candidate in computer science)
live in South Grafton, MA.
- Christopher A. Mangiarelli has accepted a position at
Novell, Inc. Since graduating, Chris has PC Network Support
Supervisor for the WPI College Computer Center. He also earned
his M.B.A. from WPI in May 2000.
- Julie McCullough has earned her master of architecture
degree from Virginia Tech.
- Timothy Dean received a Master of Science degree in chemical
engineering from the University of Alabama in May 1998. Congratulations!
- Brian Klauber earned his MS in civil engineering from UNH in 1998. He and his wife Heather live in Bellvue, WA where he works for Microsoft, and they have their own family website, www.klauber.com.
- In May 1999, Rich Person became the first WPI student to earn a Ph.D. in Fire Protection Engineering. Congratulations!
- Kirsty Reidy has accepted a job transfer from
Houston, TX to Canoga Park, CA. Kirsty will continue working for
The Boeing Company performing robotic analysis for International
Space Station (ISS) operations. She will also be involved in the
development/testing of new ISS hardware and day-to-day ISS
mission operations. (July 1999)
- Cathy Connelly received her Masters Degree in Applied
Educational Psychology with a specialization in School
Counseling from Northeastern University on June 19, 1999. Cathy
will be working at Algonquin Regional High School in Northboro,
MA as a mathematics teacher. (July 1999)
