Centennial Walkway Bricks

Wearing beanies, crossing Earle Bridge as freshmen, the Two Towers, the freshman-sophomore rope pull, the Goat's Head Rivalry... these are just a few of the many traditions experienced by students during their time at WPI.

In the spring, the graduating class will enjoy the festivities of Senior Week, Senior Convocation and finally, the march across Earle Bridge to Commencement. It is this sense of tradition that largely defines the undergraduate experience at WPI.

The Centennial Walkway on the Quad was dedicated in 1991 and a new tradition was established. Students, alumni, faculty and staff can become part of WPI's history by having an engraved brick placed in the walkway. The names of those who walked the campus before them will inspire future generations.

Join the over 5,000 alumni, students, faculty and staff who already have their bricks on the WPI Centennial Walkway.

You, too, can immortalize your presence at WPI with your very own brick. For $65 your brick will be placed in a special spot reserved specifically for your class.

It's not every day that you have a chance to attain immortality. The walkway is not just a great way for you to leave your mark on campus - it also will inspire all those who follow in your footsteps.

If you've already purchased your brick, we appreciate your participation in the most unique building project ever undertaken at WPI. If you would like to purchase an additional brick for a family member who attended WPI, or for a deceased classmate or professor that you'd like to memorialize, please use the order form below.

Orders for the 2008 Centennial Walkway installation are now closed, please check back after July 1, 2008 to submit your order for the 2009 installation.
