Ticket Order Information

  1. Enter link address into web browser or double click on link within the eReservation ticket offer.
  2. “Add to Shopping Cart” your desired seating locations.
  3. Enter number of tickets and desired shipping method. There are three delivery methods: hold at the Box Office will call window, next day delivery via UPS or standard US Postal Service delivery. If you would like to add additional tickets for the same show to your transaction, please click on “available seating” to add tickets to your order. Please note UPS delivery is sent from time of ticket printing, not time of order being placed.
  4. Click on the “Checkout” option at bottom of screen.
  5. Follow on-screen directions to enter ticket recipient’s name, ticket recipient’s email address, credit card holder’s name, billing address (must be address where credit card statement is received), shipping address and credit card number, type and expiration date. Please note: shipping address is a required field. If tickets are being held at the Box Office, just click the box to make the shipping address the same as the billing address.
  6. “Place Order” to confirm customer information has been entered correctly.
  7. Verify order and click on “Place Order.” You will then see a page confirming your order and all of your order information. Please print the confirmation page for your records.
