Employment Termination
When a PI's contract or employment with the University terminates, s/he must relinquish all claims to both federally-owned and University property to the department head or senior officer, unless prior approval is granted by the University or the Asset Management Office. The Manager of Research Accounting, the Director of Sponsor Research, and AM must be notified of the change in equipment disposition.
