Construction Updates
What to expect over the months of November/December 2000:
- Exterior

- Exterior grading and site lighting will continue with some landscaping being completed in 2000. The balance of the landscaping will occur in the 1st quarter of 2001.
- Exterior walk ways will continue to be installed as area are graded off.
- The retaining wall for the West plaza will be built once the mason staging has been removed.
- Damproofing and SRAB (Air Barrier) will continue to be installed over the concrete masonry block and dense glass prior to the installation of the face brick.
- The exterior face brick installation will continue until mid - November finishing up on the North end of the building by the loading dock.
- Exterior caulking of the windows and curtainwalls will continue.
- Plywood roof sheathing and slate will be applied to the two Octagons during the month.
- The skylight above stair #2 will be installed.
- Interior

- Stair #2 installation will begin in November.
- Ductwork and Mechanical piping (including steel and copper lines) will continue on all floors with testing and insulation being performed as area permit.
- The Roof Top Air Handling units will be brought on line to provide temporary heat in the building to facilitate finishes
- Interior painting will begin on all floors with ceiling grid and lights following
- Ceramic tile will be installed in the Kitchen and Servery
- Interior studwork for drywall partitions will continue over the next few months
- Soffit and drywall ceiling framing will continue thru the month
