Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program (OFCCP)

Many employers who recruit WPI students and alumni need to adhere to the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program (OFCCP).  Any employer who hold a federal or federally-assisted contract in excess of $10,000 will be subject to regulatory requirements under one or more of the laws enforced by OFCCP depending upon the amount of the contract.
