Career Fair Brochure Ads
Please follow these specifications, instructions and deadlines when submitting your Career Fair Brochure Ad.
- Prefer MAC eps files or pdf files or illustrator files
- Files can be e-mailed or sent on a CD to contact listed below.
- Electronic files supplied on a CD should be accompanied by a laser output
- Final art supplied as hard copy (laser or repro) will be rescanned and may lose some quality.
- Ads will be in black and white/NO COLOR
- Pages are portrait ONLY
- No bleeds
- Publication Trim Size - 8 ½" by 11"
- Inside Covers(2 available) – Live Area 7 ½" wide by 10" high
- Full Page Ad - Live Area 7 ½" wide by 10" high
- Half Page Ad - Live Area 7 ½" wide by 4 ¼" high
Ad submittal deadline is January 13th

Policies & Cancellations
If you require additional company representatives that were not listed on your original request form, or any other supplemental items such as extra tables, etc. you will be charged an additional fee. We will kindly refund your registration fee in full if you need to cancel your registration by January 5, 2009.
