Resume Referral: The “One Click” Advantage Working 3 Ways
The CDC electronically stores resumes of alumni in our Job Finder database. Employers can directly access alumni resumes through Job Finder upon request once they post a position. One click and you can also forward your resume directly to an employer whose position seems like an ideal fit. Or, one click and the CDC can refer your resume to an employer and notify you via e-mail that your resume has been sent.
Database Search
Career Search Database is a tool located on Job Finder listing over 4 million employers worldwide. You may search available positions by a variety of criteria including industry, geographic location (as narrowly defined as zip code), or size (e.g., revenue-based, employee-count). Staff members are eager to show you Career Search and how it can help in your search efforts.
Reciprocity
For alumni wishing to use career resources at other colleges, we will write a letter to the college’s CDC Director asking them to assist you and offering to extend this same service to their alumni.
