WPI Career Fair Information

We hope to connect our bright and talented undergraduate and graduate students, as well as alumni, with employers who are seeking to fill full-time positions and summer internships for 2013. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet and recruit key talent from all WPI disciplines and increase your organization's visibility on campus.

You will receive confirmation and an invoice within three business days, once your registration is approved. If you need to make changes, additions, or deletions, please call the Career Development Center (CDC) at 508-831-5260 and we will make the corrections for you. March 28, 2013 Life Sciences & Bioengineering Career Fair

Parking and Setup

An event logistics email will be sent two weeks prior to the Career Fair in which the registrant will receive detailed parking instructions and other relevant information. There is limited parking near the facility. A shuttle will be running to/from satellite parking locations for the Fair.

We strongly encourage you to ship all of your boxes, trunks and material in advance. We also suggest that your corporate representatives carpool if at all possible. Student volunteers will be available to assist you with unloading materials, and will also be available to help you with your set up needs.

Shipping Job Fair Materials

We strongly encourage you to ship your boxes and displays in advance of the career fair for your convenience. Remember, there is an 8’ length maximum. Packages will be delivered directly to your table. Please clearly mark all displays and boxes with your company name and "Hold for Job Fair" then ship to:

If you are planning to ship your displays and boxes back to your company after the job fair, you must bring the necessary completed forms. A separate form must be attached to each package. All packages must be brought to the shipping table/area before leaving the fair.

Space Size

Your approximate space size will be 8'. A 3'x6' table will be provided with 2 chairs. Extra chairs will be available if needed.
