Corporate Information Sessions

Our staff can arrange for your audio/visual needs along with any refreshments you wish to serve at your presentation. You will be billed directly by our Dining Services for your food order after your event has taken place.  Once all of the details are arranged for your presentation, you will receive a reservation form along with a fee voucher which must be returned to the Career Development Center at least two weeks prior to your event for processing. If you wish to cancel a presentation, it must be done at least one week prior to the event.

You may request a corporate information session through your Job Finder account, or contact the Career Development Center directly at 508-831-5260 and we will be happy to assist you.  Typically information sessions are scheduled the night prior to on-campus interviews, or a few days prior to the students’ resume deadline drop date.  There is a minimal setup fee associated with corporate presentations.

For employers who are unable to travel and present information sessions directly on campus, consider setting up a virtual information session to interact with students across distances and present your company brand to the WPI population.

You may also reserve a table in our campus center by calling us at 508-831-5260. There are a limited amount of tables available daily. There is no cost associated with this.
