Majors & Careers
The Career Development Center can help you learn more about various majors. If you are unsure what to major in, or trying to decide between 2-3 majors, the Career Development Center can help you explore your interests, skills, and values and help highlight how these correlate to various majors and careers. It is important to understand your major of choice as it pertains to the classroom and academics, but also in a much broader context. The Career Development Center can help you learn about the various careers and occupations that stem from your major, and guide you towards accessing a wide array of resources that will provide even more detailed information on majors and careers.
If you have specific questions about various majors or career opportunities, it is best to make an appointment with a Career Development Center staff member. There are Major Binders accessible in the Career Development Center that provide detailed information on majors offered at WPI, along with career and industry specific books.
