Resources about OFCCP

Any employer who hold a federal or federally-assisted contract in excess of $10,000 will be subject to regulatory requirements under one or more of the laws enforced by The U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program (OFCCP) depending upon the amount of the contract.  Recruiters that come to campus for the Career Fair or On-Campus Recruiting may mention these policies as it relates to their recruiting process.  For more information about OFCCP:
