If you require additional company representatives that were not listed on your original request form, or any other supplemental items such as extra tables, etc. you will be charged an additional fee. We will kindly refund your registration fee in full if you need to cancel your registration by January 5, 2009.
Companies will not be allowed more than 2 tables with no more than 4 reps per table.
