Posting Job Opportunities
Employers may electronically post job, internship, or co-op opportunities for WPI students and recent or experienced alumni, free of charge. You may utilize the CDC’s web-based database Job Finder, to post a position for WPI students and alumni. Whether your needs are one or ten new hires, the Career Development Center at WPI has a recruiting option that will meet your needs.
Log in to Job Finder
Select this option if you have previously set up an account at WPI and have a username and password.
Register for Job Finder
Select this option if you would like to set-up an account to post jobs free of charge and/or request an on-campus interview date. New registrants will receive a username and password within three business days of completing the online registration form.
All job opportunities submitted to Job Finder will be reviewed by the CDC for approval before being listed in the system. Job listings are classified as:
- Professional: full-time (entry level and experienced) part-time, summer, co-op (Jan-Aug, May-Dec)
- General: full-time, part-time, summer
- Unpaid internship: non-credit, professional
- Volunteer
Resume Books
Employers can receive access to our student resumes by purchasing our resume books for a period of one year beginning August 1 through July 31. Please contact the CDC at 508-831-5260 or email employer@wpi.edu for more information.
Resume Searches
Our office will provide employers two free, individual resume searches per academic year for specific job openings posted on Job Finder. Please contact the CDC for additional information at 508-831-5260 or email employer@wpi.edu.
On-Campus Recruiting
Utilize the Career Development Center's Job Finder database to participate in our on-campus recruiting program. Whether your needs are for a full-time entry level hire, summer internship or a co-op hire, the CDC has a recruiting option that will work for you.
The CDC will coordinate on-campus interviews for employers by advertising company visits, coordinating information sessions, scheduling interviews and providing interviewing space. To set up an On-campus Recruiting session please call the Career Development Center at 508-831-5260 or you can request a date through your Job Finder account.
