Financial Aid Forms
In order to apply for need based financial aid at WPI you and your parent(s) must complete the CSS PROFILE Application and Free Application for Federal Student Aid. In addition to this, you and your parent(s) may also be required to submit copies of your Federal tax returns and W-2 statements to our office if you are selected for verification by either the U.S. Department of Education or this office.
Depending on your parents' marital status, there may be additional forms your family will need to complete in order to apply for need based financial aid at WPI.
If your biological or adoptive parents are married, please complete the following forms:
If your biological or adoptive parents are separated, divorced or have never been married, then please have your custodial parent (the parent with whom you live) and his/her current spouse (if applicable) complete the forms above. In addition to your custodial parent completing the forms above, your non-custodial parent (parent with whom you do not live), must complete the Noncustodial PROFILE.
