Undergraduate Financial Aid application forms
FAFSA - required of all students applying for need based financial aid. Apply at www.fafsa.ed.gov
CSS PROFILE - required of all first time undergraduate financial aid applicants. Also required if parents have separated / divorced since last financial aid application, a change in custodial parent roles or if a student has recently re-admitted to WPI. Apply at Profile Online
Non-Custodial Parent Profile - please refer to the Non-Custodial Profile page for more information on the requirement for this form
Graduate / Corporate Education Financial Aid application forms
FAFSA - required of all students applying for Stafford or Graduate PLUS loan funding. Apply at www.fafsa.ed.gov
Graduate Student application for student loans - This form needs to be completed by the graduate student
Graduate Student Enrollment Verification Form - This form needs to be completed by the Department Head or advisor of your graduate program
Certificate program enrollment Verification Form - This form needs to be completed by the program facilitator or corporate education facilitator
Other Financial Aid application / forms
Summer Application for Student Loans - needs to be completed if you are planning to borrow funds to attend E term. The form can be be downloaded here
Financial Aid petition form - The Financial Aid Petition form can be completed if you need to petition to regain financial aid eligibility
Community Service Work Study Pre-Approval Form - This form should be submitted at least two (2) weeks prior to beginning a community service
Community Service Work Study Completion Form - This form needs to be submitted to the Office of Financial Aid before you can be paid for your service and your hours counted.
Not Graduating Form - The Not Graduating form should be completed by a student if they will attending school beyond B term of the year in which they initially planned to complete their studies
