Honor Roll of Donors

Dear Friends,

On behalf of WPI, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all those who so generously contributed to WPI during the 2005-2006 fiscal year. Last year, WPI raised more than $12 million with a 17.7 percent participation rate, and we are proud and honored to count you among our 4,709 donors. With your support, we are able to ensure that WPI can not only admit but enroll outstanding young men and women without regard to their financial circumstances. President Berkey and the entire WPI community remain committed to providing an innovative and challenging university environment. Your contributions are critical to this effort as well, providing vital support for financial aid, faculty resources, and the revitalization of WPI's beautiful campus.

What's more, by making your gift, you have followed in the footsteps of two WPI giants—John Boynton, who gave a founding gift of $100,000 to provide for future generations the higher education he had never received, and Ichabod Washburn, who gave this institution such a promising start by building and equipping its first machine shop.

Thank you for supporting WPI. Your gifts sustain the generous spirit of this university's earliest days while ensuring its brightest tomorrows.

Sincerely,

Dexter A. Bailey, Jr.
Vice President
Development and Alumni Relations

About the Honor Roll of Donors

With the Honor Roll of Donors, WPI extends its deep thanks to all those who support the university with their gifts. Donations made to the Annual Fund help WPI admit the most talented students regardless of their financial circumstances, support a vibrant faculty community, and provide for once-in-a-lifetime learning opportunities. Together, your gifts demonstrate a collective understanding of the value of a WPI education. We sincerely appreciate your generosity.
