Doctor Visits
Continuing non-exempt and exempt employees who are scheduled to work 1450 hours or more during the fiscal year are also eligible for paid time for personal medical or dental appointments that cannot be scheduled outside of normal working hours or during their lunch hour. Employees are encouraged to schedule appointments so as not to conflict with work hours. Except for emergencies, you should give five (5) days notice to your immediate supervisor.
