Health Insurance Calculator

To determine what the change in your contribution per pay period will be, please follow these steps:

1. Choose your payment cycle
2. Pick your current plan.
   If you are unsure of what plan you currently have, you can find it on your pay stub. To view your paystub in Banner Self-Service go to the Employee tab then select "Pay Information" then select "Pay Stubs." From there you can select the year and find your plan in the itemized deductions.
3. Pick a new plan
   
   Please refer to the Health Insurance Matrix for more detailed information on the plan designs.
4. View the change in your employee contribution
