Lunchtime Fitness
If you are interested in getting your workout in during your lunch hour, there are several organized activities on the WPI Campus that are available to you. You are welcome to join at any time. All ages and ability levels are welcome... just come with a desire to do something good for your body, mind, and overall health.
Cardio Training
Cardio Boot Camp returns for C Term beginning January 3rd. Classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:05pm-12:55pm in Alumni Gym.

Yoga
Yoga has tons of benefits. It can improve flexibility, strength, balance, and stamina. In addition, many people who practice yoga say that it reduces anxiety and stress, improves mental clarity, and even helps them sleep better. Yoga meets Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 12:05pm-12:55pm in Riley Commons.

Dance Lessons
The C Term Dance Lesson offering is Tango!
Tango, originating in the lower class districts of Argentina is widely known throughout the world for its mix of dramatic movements, close ‘abrazos’ (embraces), long and short steps and vivid music that evokes old times and art. Tango is a great way to develop a strong connection to music, dance phrasing and bring drama to your step!
The noon-time Faculty, Staff, Graduate Student dance lessons starts Tuesday, January 19th from 12:05-12:55 pm. Classes will be held every Tuesday and Thursday from Tuesday, January 19th until Thursday, February 1st. All levels of dance experience are welcome (beginner to advanced). No partner needed to sign up and, this is reimbursable for the Wellness Credit for Blue Cross Blue Shield!
The fee for the term will be $25. If you can only make it one day a week, the fee can be negotiated..
