If you are interested in getting your workout in during your lunch hour, there are several organized activities on the WPI Campus that are available to you. You are welcome to join at any time. All ages and ability levels are welcome... just come with a desire to do something good for your body, mind, and overall health.
Lunchtime Fitness programs are reimburseable under Harvard Pilgrim Health Care's fitness benefit. Simply email email@example.com to request reimbursement up to $ 150.00 once per calendar year.
E Term Cardio Boot Camp begins May2nd and runs through June 27th. Classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:05pm-12:55pm in Schwaber Dance Studio A in the Sports & Recreation Center.
Yoga has tons of benefits. It can improve flexibility, strength, balance, and stamina. In addition, many people who practice yoga say that it reduces anxiety and stress, improves mental clarity, and even helps them sleep better. Yoga meets Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 12:05pm-12:55pm. E Term session runs May 6th through June 28th and will be held in the Schwaber Dance Studio A & B in the Sports & Recreation Center.
