Customer Service Training
Excellence in Service - The WPI Way
This customer service program is a combination of Connections and Advanced Connections, products of Noel Levitz, a course specifically designed for higher education environments. The curriculum is designed to strengthen our customer service orientation and skills and to encourage all members of the staff, regardless of title, to see themselves and the jobs they perform as vital parts of our institution. Exercises and examples are WPI-specific and will orient new employees to our customer service culture. The class will also reinvigorate existing employees. One three-hour session is led by WPI staff volunteers who will share their enthusiasm for great quality service.
All sessions will be held in the Human Resources Training Room - Forkey Conference Room in Harrington Auditorium from 9:00am - Noon.
