The "Spot Award"

The Division of Human Resources in partnership with the H R Advisory Group is pleased to announce the WPI Spot Award.

Most of us come to work each day with the intention of giving our very best.  Once in a while an employee will go above and beyond his or her job description to help someone or the community.  The WPI Spot Award was created to give WPI members a vehicle to recognize fellow employees for going above and beyond and providing exceptional customer service.

Here's how it works:  An employee is nominated via web form.  Upon review and approval the nominee will receive a certificate.  A copy of the certificate will be sent to the employee's supervisor and a copy will be placed in the employee's personnel file.  Employees who receive the Spot Award will be featured in the H R Digest  and WPI Connection.

The Division of Human Resources would like to offer a special thank you to the members of the H R Advisory Group for continuing to find ways to make WPI a great place to work.
