WPI offers many exciting training and professional development programs sponsored by the Office of Human Resources. Based on the results of a Training Needs Assessment Survey, as well as the Professional Development Plans proposed on the year's performance appraisals, a comprehensive curriculum of training workshops has been planned for the upcoming academic year.

Connecting you to a higher level of professional achievement
In planning your schedule of training and professional development for the upcoming year, be sure to take some time to re-visit the professional development goals you set with your supervisor during the most recent performance appraisal process. One of our primary goals is to assist employees in achieving the professional goals they have set for themselves. As you attend workshops, take time to reflect on how the workshop has changed or improved the way you do your job, so you can measure your progress toward meeting your goals with your supervisor during your next performance appraisal.

As always, the Office of Human Resources will be looking to the Community for feedback on all of the workshops offered.
