Welcome to WPI.  The Office of Human Resources recognizes that starting a new job can be an overwhelming transition.  The mission of our office is centered on the principles of providing outstanding service and opportunities for personal and professional growth to all employees.  Our goals are simple:  to help new employees get acclimated to WPI as quickly and seamlessly as possible; to foster lifelong learning and provide challenging opportunities to current  employees; to cultivate a warm and rewarding atmosphere for the entire community.  Please take some time to review our website and familiarize yourself with the services we provide.  The Office of Human Resources is a full-service office with an open-door policy, so please contact us at any time.
