WPI Partnership with Worcester Fitness

The Office of Human Resources is pleased to announce that Worcester Fitness has offered WPI employees an expanded and deeply discounted cost for memberships in 2013  -  at 2012 rates. 

Worcester Fitness currently offers monthly memberships to the public for a fee of $95 per month single, $148 couple and $225 family. By participating in payroll deduction, rates for WPI employees for 2013 will be as follows:

Single Membership: $45 per month or $22.50 bi-weekly payroll deduction (53% discount!)

Couple Membership: $70 per month or $35.00 bi-weekly payroll deduction (53% discount!)

Family Membership: $99 per month or $49.50 bi-weekly payroll deduction (56% discount!)

Each participating member of the WPI corporate fitness benefit will receive the following services:

Current members will be notified by the Office of Human Resources when their term is about to expire.  If current members would like to renew membership a new payroll deduction authorization form will need to be completed and returned to the Office of Human Resources. HR will countersign the form and the employee will proceed to Worcester Fitness to initiate renewal.

New members are invited to contact HR for the payroll deduction authorization form.

The Harvard pilgrim Health Care reimbursement of $ 150.00 per calendar year will continue to apply. Employees not covered by Harvard Pilgrim Health Care are encouraged to check with their insurance carriers to see if any incentives apply.
